Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving & Inspection: Unload and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, ensuring all materials meet company standards.
• Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory records accurately. Conduct regular stock counts and report any discrepancies.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders efficiently, ensuring that products are packaged securely and delivered to customers on time.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Optimize storage space and manage product placement for easy access.
• Quality Assurance: Check products for damages and ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics and customer service teams to coordinate efficient order processing and resolve any issues.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required; we provide training for motivated candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are essential.
