Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Associate at Nibav Lifts Inc., you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that our products are efficiently handled, stored, and shipped to our customers. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and timeliness of our deliveries, helping us maintain our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring they meet quality standards and are ready for timely delivery.
• Receiving & Inventory Management: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify accuracy against orders, and properly store products in designated areas.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, ensuring products are easily accessible and stored correctly.
• Stock Replenishment: Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing stock as needed, ensuring the warehouse is always well-stocked.
• Shipping & Loading: Prepare and load products onto delivery vehicles, coordinating with drivers to ensure accurate and efficient dispatch.
• Quality Control: Perform routine checks on products and packaging to ensure they meet our high standards before shipment.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and organize products (training provided if necessary).
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet daily goals, improve processes, and ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
