Position Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate at Nibav Lifts Inc., you’ll be a key player in the efficiency and productivity of our warehouse operations. You’ll handle everything from receiving and organizing shipments to preparing and shipping orders. Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Accurately receive, label, and store incoming stock, keeping records up to date.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment with attention to detail to meet quality and timeline standards.
• Stock Maintenance: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring items are well-organized, labeled, and easy to locate.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect products for any defects or inconsistencies and report findings to supervisors.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse clean and adhere to safety protocols to create a secure environment for all team members.

Requirements:

• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and organization in all tasks.
• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs.
• Team-Oriented Mindset: Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management software or the ability to learn.
• Previous Warehouse Experience: Preferred but not required—comprehensive training provided for enthusiastic candidates.
