Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick and pack customer orders, ensuring they are prepared correctly and promptly for shipment.
• Inventory Management: Accurately receive, sort, and stock incoming inventory while maintaining organized storage areas.
• Shipping & Receiving: Handle the loading and unloading of delivery trucks, verifying shipment contents against packing lists, and ensuring items are undamaged.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect products for quality control, identifying any defects or discrepancies before orders are shipped.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse, adhering to safety protocols and ensuring equipment is properly maintained.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to meet daily operational goals and improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
