Nibav Lifts Inc. is looking for a Warehouse Worker who is enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to contribute to our vibrant team. Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Ensure each package meets our high standards for accuracy and presentation.
• Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and storing incoming materials. Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain an organized warehouse space.
• Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks, verify incoming shipments, and ensure outgoing orders are properly documented and dispatched on time.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies or damages. Help maintain the overall cleanliness and safety of the warehouse.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily goals and deadlines. Contribute to a positive work atmosphere by showing a willingness to assist others.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic math and computer skills for inventory management.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality are a must.
