Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Worker at Nibav Lifts Inc., you'll be an essential part of our logistics and operations team, ensuring our products are handled with care and precision. You'll be responsible for the efficient movement of goods within our warehouse, from receiving to shipping, and play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving & Processing: Unload and unpack incoming shipments, verify contents against packing lists, and ensure products meet our quality standards.
• Inventory Management: Organize and store inventory in designated areas, maintain accurate records, and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment with attention to detail, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and packed for safe transport.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Assist in maintaining equipment and supplies.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the supervisor. Ensure all outgoing shipments meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to streamline warehouse operations and resolve any challenges that arise.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus but not required; we offer training for the right candidates.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
