Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Worker at Nibav Lifts Inc., you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our products are stored, packed, and shipped with precision and care. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is looking to grow with a dynamic and forward-thinking company. You'll be responsible for maintaining the smooth flow of goods in and out of our warehouse, contributing to the efficiency and success of our logistics team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and Unloading: Efficiently receive and unload shipments, verifying the accuracy and condition of deliveries. Record discrepancies and communicate with relevant departments.
• Order Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack items for customer orders, ensuring all products are handled with care and prepared for safe shipment.
• Inventory Control: Maintain up-to-date inventory records, participate in regular cycle counts, and assist in inventory audits. Report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Shipping Coordination: Prepare and label shipments, coordinate with shipping carriers, and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards. Arrange products systematically to optimize space and efficiency.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, following all safety protocols.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff and departments to meet company goals and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
