Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker at Nibav Lifts Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, from receiving and processing shipments to managing inventory and fulfilling orders. Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving & Unloading: Efficiently unload incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and organize items in the warehouse.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring timely and correct delivery.
• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and report discrepancies.
• Safety & Maintenance: Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations, supporting other departments as needed.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damages and report any issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
