Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Worker at Nibav Lifts Inc., you will be an essential part of our operations, ensuring that our products are safely stored, efficiently moved, and properly prepared for shipping. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and Stocking: Unload incoming shipments, verify the accuracy of orders, and organize materials in the warehouse.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipping, ensuring that customer orders are accurate and timely.
• Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and updating records.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of hazards by following safety standards.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for any damages or defects before shipping and report any issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is a plus, but not required—training is provided.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
• Basic math skills and the ability to understand order forms.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Forklift certification is a plus (but not required).
