Founded in 2021 by Managing Partner Bethan Vincent, we work with a range of clients on a global basis to provide senior marketing support to fast-growth technology companies.

 

From defining digital strategy to team design, marketing operation overhauls to assessing new hires, our experts work closely with clients at an executive level to drive tangible revenue and build sustainable marketing functions.

 

The Role

 

After a substantial period of growth, we are looking for Senior Partners to join our team and work with an expanding range of clients.

We offer autonomy to focus on the vertical/client types that excite you and the support of a community of partners who are also top experts in their field.

 

Our Ideal Partner Profile

Typically our partners are marketing generalists who have worked in senior marketing positions, however we are open to tighter content, performance, product marketing and SEO backgrounds.

 

  • Experience as a Head of Marketing, Marketing Director or CMO (or equivalent level within an agency or freelance business)
  • A track record of managing and growing a high performing marketing function and owning the success of marketing within an organisation
  • Ability to devise and advise across the marketing spectrum, including: GTM strategy, marketing operations, marketing plans, marketing budgeting and forecasting, new product strategy, hiring marketing team members and managing freelance/agency relationships.
  • Ability to attract new clients and convert new business
  • Ability to influence and work with executive stakeholders

How we work

While Open Velocity operates as a remote first company, some travel to client locations will be required. We typically work with clients on a hybrid or remote basis.

  • A significant percentage of profit is assigned to a profit share which is shared equally across all partners
