Job Description:
Experience Required
Minimum 7 years of work experience in below Technical Skills:
-- Specialized in Administrating & Supporting of Kofax Applications, Kofax Application Upgrades.
-- Working experience in Oracle database.
-- Very good experience with configuration and excellent troubleshooting skills in Kofax servers, components like Capture etc.
-- Knowledge on Kofax Capture, Kofax KTM(Kofax transformation modules)
-- Knowledge on Visual basics, .NET C# and SQL Server
-- Good Knowledge on Production Support best Practices.
-- Experience in installation and configuration of Kofax Environment with multiple servers using load balancing and failover mechanism.
-- Experience in applying Patches, Fixes, Bundles, Updates, Minor patches of Kofax.
-- Working knowledge in IIS and other web components.
-- Experience on SSL certificate Certificates management, DNS and Load balance systems.
-- Expertise in All Kofax components for upgrade and applying updates.
-- Experience in in Capacity Planning, Analysis, Performance testing and Sizing of Kofax applications and Infrastructure
-- Experience in Disaster Recovery (DR) testing of Kofax Infrastructure and various Kofax components
-- Strong knowledge on Kofax Integration setup and Support.
-- Good communication , Analytical and problem-solving skills.
-- Expertise in troubleshooting the issues and performance optimization, optimize scanning and OCR processes and develop new processes as required.
-- Test and Refine the KTM model using results from control test.
