WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Outgive is looking for a full-time Brand Manager. You will be overseeing our baby brand and kitchenwares brand in running the day-to-day operations including customer service, our Amazon storefront, and social media channels. We are looking for someone capable of multitasking several different tasks at once and working well independently.

YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM:

• Writing Amazon listing copies/ updating ones that need tweaking
• Daily amazon listing spot checks - check for critical reviews, update outdated product information, etc
• Answer daily customer service messages in xSellco/Helpscout
• All product fulfillment/replacements (also refunds needed)
• Social Media management
• Overseeing our VIP program

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 1-2 years customer service experience
• 2-3 years experience working with Amazon (managing a seller account)
• Advanced written communication skills (copywriting & email correspondence)
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Diligent and efficient
• Social Media Management skills (Facebook & Instagram)

WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday 10 am - 2 pm EST, with the remaining 4 hours of your shift flexible.
