Job Description : Training will be given by our Path finder Team for the below mentioned Job Description
The employee will be responsible for successfully performing the following duties and functions, subject to the provisions of this agreement:
Key Responsibilities:
• Undergo training and develop a strong understanding of the Data Capture (Integra) Agent process.
• Ensure seamless Integra agent installation and provide troubleshooting support.
• Coordinate with retailers to obtain bill-wise reports for data accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in resolving Missing Date issues.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and reinstall Integra agents when required.
• Collaborate with HQ for Pre-Live, Go-Live, and Post-Live processes.
• Complete Integra agent installation and provide customer support with assistance from a Technical Associate (Onsite).
• Ensure all daily tasks are completed as directed by the Team Lead/Project Manager.
• Conduct root cause analysis, update records, and maintain a knowledge base.
• Build and maintain relationships with teams that impact the technical support process.
• Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Reports.
• Work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Analyze and resolve highly technical and unique challenges.
• Respond promptly to support-related calls and emails.
• Stay self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Demonstrate strong communication (oral & written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Possess knowledge of IIS, FTP, SFTP, isolated FTP, Firewalls, Antivirus, Routers, and Switches.
