Business Development Representative
Location: UK (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Range: £28,000 – £35,000 base + £10,000–£20,000 commission potential (OTE: £38,000 – £55,000)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive, confident Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive new business growth in the UK.
You'll be focused on creating sales opportunities by identifying and engaging with hospitality and restaurant businesses that can benefit from a powerful digital platform designed to help them grow.
You’ll be working closely with Account Executives and the marketing team to generate qualified leads through smart, strategic outreach. This is a fast-paced, hybrid role where you’ll gain exposure to full-cycle sales and open the door to future career progression.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Researching and identifying potential clients across the hospitality space
- Making cold calls and sending tailored outreach via email and social media
- Qualifying inbound leads and booking product demos for Account Executives
- Collaborating with marketing and sales to develop creative outreach strategies
- Sharing insights and feedback from prospects with internal teams
- Understanding market trends and competitor positioning to improve your pitch

- Confidence when handling objections and speaking to decision-makers
- Previous experience in a BDR or SDR role is highly preferred
- Organised and comfortable managing multiple leads at once
