The role in summary
The Head of Marketing will oversee all marketing and communications activities for Pockit, setting the strategy and deploying all execution. This is a highly impactful role that will lead the full stack of marketing to achieve our growth targets - product marketing, brand marketing, growth marketing, CRM, partnerships, PR. They will work in deep partnership with the product team to take new products and features to market, and drive growth, customer loyalty and engagement. This lead will drive brand strategy for Pockit as the finance app that serves “the many.”
Key performance indicators will include customer acquisition (full funnel work) driving to an agreed LTV:CAC, brand health metrics, engagement (in channel & in-app in partnership with product team), and retention. This is a new role within Pockit, and the leader will have the opportunity to hire and build the marketing function and take Pockit into its next phase of growth.
