Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and satisfaction by delivering outstanding Guest service.
- Address Guest needs promptly and escalate concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
- Complete cross-training and certification across various roles.
- Follow established policies and procedures to ensure Guest and employee satisfaction.
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for Guests and Team Members.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in Guest service or food preparation is a plus.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle transactions accurately.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including extended hours.
- High energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to integrity, service, excellence, and the courage to grow.
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
- Food Safety Certification (preferred).
