Since 2003, we've helped millions of people learn CPR, First Aid, and health and safety skills. From nurses and teachers to security professionals and small business owners. We train 20,000 to 30,000 people a month across the U.S. and UK, and we're not slowing down.
We're a small, product-led team with real revenue, a strong brand, and a genuine obsession with using modern technology to do things better. Our CTO is building AI-driven SDR motions. Our Head of Product thinks like a designer and a strategist. Our leadership team moves fast and doesn't wait for permission.
Here's the honest picture: our marketing has been under-leveraged. The brand story is strong, the product is being re-imagined, and the market opportunity is significant. We've grown to this point largely on the strength of the product itself. Now we're ready to pour real fuel on it.
That's what this role is.
We're not looking for someone to manage agencies and report back. We're looking for a growth marketer with taste. Someone who can own PPC performance in the morning, push back on a weak content brief in the afternoon, and spend Friday afternoon experimenting with an AI-assisted campaign workflow because they're genuinely driven to figure out how far they can push it.
You'll sit at the leadership table and own the full marketing function: strategy, brand, paid, organic, content, and the AI-powered GTM motions we're already starting to build. You'll manage external partners, but you'll stay close enough to the work to know when it's good and when it isn't.
If your instinct when you see a competitor's site is to immediately start dissecting their funnel and their copy, keep reading.
Bonus points for experience in health, safety, knowledge of the EU market, compliance, or e-learning markets, PLG or self-serve motions, or EU market growth.
We're product-led, we move fast, and we don't separate "thinkers" from "doers." Everyone on the leadership team is both. We're data-informed but not data-paralyzed. We experiment, we document what we learn, and we iterate. We've got a Founder CTO on the bleeding edge and a leadership team that's right behind him, and we expect everyone we hire to be genuinely excited about staying close to that edge.
If you think AI slop dressed up as a strategy is a waste of everyone's time, you'll fit right in.
Send your resume and a short note — not a cover letter. Just tell us: what's one thing you've built from zero, and what did you learn from it? That's the filter. Everything else is secondary.
We're especially interested in how you think about growth at a company like ours: established brand, strong product, small team, big opportunity. What would you go after first?
