The Opportunity

Here's the honest picture: our marketing has been under-leveraged. The brand story is strong, the product is being re-imagined, and the market opportunity is significant. We've grown to this point largely on the strength of the product itself. Now we're ready to pour real fuel on it.

 

That's what this role is.

 

We're not looking for someone to manage agencies and report back. We're looking for a growth marketer with taste. Someone who can own PPC performance in the morning, push back on a weak content brief in the afternoon, and spend Friday afternoon experimenting with an AI-assisted campaign workflow because they're genuinely driven to figure out how far they can push it.

 

You'll sit at the leadership table and own the full marketing function: strategy, brand, paid, organic, content, and the AI-powered GTM motions we're already starting to build. You'll manage external partners, but you'll stay close enough to the work to know when it's good and when it isn't.

What You'll Own

  • Growth Strategy and Execution: Set the roadmap, own the channel mix (SEO, PPC, YouTube, email, outbound), run experiments, track performance, and iterate. You think in compounding systems, not one-off campaigns.
  • Brand and Messaging: Develop and own how ProTrainings shows up in the market. Voice, positioning, and messaging across B2B and B2C segments. You know our customers well enough to articulate why we exist, and you make sure everything we publish reflects that.
  • Paid Media: We spend meaningfully on PPC. You'll own it end to end: strategy, creative testing, budget allocation, and results. You spot what isn't working before the data catches up to you.
  • AI-Powered GTM: We're already building agent-based campaign tools and AI-driven outbound motions. You'll be a real contributor to this, not someone who gets briefed on it after the fact.
  • Content and SEO/AEO Engine: Build the system that makes organic a reliable growth channel. You don't write everything, but you know what good looks like and you build the process to get there consistently.
  • Agency Management: You'll direct external partners across SEO, video, and creative. Enough depth to push back. Enough taste to know when something misses.
     

You Might Be a Fit If...

  • You've built a channel, a campaign, or a growth system from scratch and you can talk about what worked and what didn't
  • You've managed real paid media budgets and you're accountable for the results, not just the execution
  • You have a point of view on brand and voice, not just performance metrics
  • You're already using AI tools in your actual workflow, not just aware that they exist
  • You'd describe yourself as a builder first and a manager second
  • You're comfortable making high-conviction calls with imperfect data
  • You've got 6 to 12 years in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing, with real depth in at least two channels

Bonus points for experience in health, safety, knowledge of the EU market, compliance, or e-learning markets, PLG or self-serve motions, or EU market growth.
