Job Description:
We are looking for a Director of Customer Support who will manage, scale a team of high performing Customer Support Specialists. This team serves as the tier1 support function for all the company customers. You will drive the continued success of our customers while enabling scale, providing professional development for the team and building a top-notch Customer Support function. You will be expected to engage directly with internal stakeholders in Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, Product, and tier2 Technical Support. You will supervise Customer Support Specialists and will be responsible for ensuring the Support team will establish and meet goals for handling support issues.
A successful candidate will be highly strategic, resourceful, customer-focused, team-oriented, and will have an ability to work under time constraints to meet deadlines. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of running successful customer success programs in a high velocity SaaS company.
