Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide essential support to our executive team at Rebellion Defenses. This position requires a self-motivated professional who can handle a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Conduct research and compile reports as required by the executives.
- Act as a point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
- Maintain an organised filing system and ensure all documents are easily accessible.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in another administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Nice to have
- Experience in a technology or defence-related industry.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Fluency in additional languages.
