Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee onboarding and training programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues.
- Conduct performance management processes and provide feedback to employees and managers.
- Manage employee relations and address grievances effectively.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation, reports, and metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Nice to have
- Experience in a tech or start-up environment.
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM).
- Familiarity with performance management software.
