Position
You will be responsible for business development and sales. This role requires the candidate to take the lead with the client and support them by providing expertise. It includes design, verification, analysis and selection.
- Follow up with customers on orders and quotes; lead and manage activities to ensure the sales cycle is complete, such gathering competitor information and analysis of competitor product offerings, application and pricing in order to provide the best solution to the client.
- You will perform site visits to ensure all safety and construction is per design. You will also ensure and review work done as per the design and perform the review for finalization of work. This includes working with regulatory professionals for project completion.
- Reviews vendor shop drawings for general compliance with design requirements and contract specification documents; revises drawings and specifications due to changes originated by production or post-construction.
- Follow up and connect with customers and clients on a timely basis, while maintaining the data integrity of the Salesforce CRM.
Candidate
- You will have successfully completed either a university degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or other related technical fields.
- The ideal candidate will have CET or P.Eng and will be registered with ASET/APEGA
- Minimum of 5 years of sales, business development or related experience.
- Familiarity with ACAD, Solidworks and other design software is considered an asset.
