The Role
As our M&E Specialist, you’ll design, implement, and manage robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks that empower our strategic decision-making. Your analytical expertise will ensure that every program we run is optimized for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Implement: Create comprehensive M&E frameworks and performance indicators tailored to our projects.
-Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data to assess program performance.
-Reporting: Prepare clear, actionable reports and dashboards to guide stakeholders and inform strategic decisions.
-Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate M&E insights into program planning and improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure all evaluation processes meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, or a related field.
-Experience: At least 2 years of experience in M&E or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SPSS).
-Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
