We’re looking for results and data driven B2B Growth Marketing Manager to drive growth to the next level.

 

As a B2B Growth Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Own & execute the entire online customer acquisition funnel
  • Be responsible for CAC and Sales Qualified lead generation
  • Develop, execute, and scale campaigns on different channels
  • Experiment and implement new growth strategies to uncover hidden opportunities and to optimize customer acquisition and retention 
  • Work closely with our other teams to build the digital flows (implement marketing automation tools, NPS tracking, email sequencing etc.)
  • Build analytics dashboards for reporting

 

You have

  • 2 to 5 years of experience with acquiring and pushing leads down the sales funnel 
  • B2B SaaS/Fintech experience is a must
  • An entrepreneurial flare, an overachiever who enjoys startup challenges and digital growth
  • Fluent in data analysis and data processing tools like analytics tools, data visualization tools, A/B testing tools, Excel, etc. 
  • Ability to analyze customer behavior data accurately.
  • A deep understanding of various customer acquisition channels, e.g., organic, paid, SEO, referrals etc
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • A good grasp of customer behavior and how to walk a customer through the buyer’s journey
  • Tech-savvy
  • Be located with a 3-hour window of GST timezone
