As part of our Sales team, we are hiring a Customer Success manager to work on activating and retaining customers.
Responsibilities
In our Sales Team, you will focus on the following:
- On-boarding, activating and retaining clients
- Deliver a top-notch product tour
- Build a solid global HR/Legal/Payroll knowledge
- Deliver weekly reports on performance of accounts
- Liaise with Ops team on EOR, hiring needs and employee on-boarding
- Followup with Finance team on invoicing and salary payments
- Conduct in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success
Requirements
- Believe in our mission to transform the present of remote work
- You are a Top communicator, confident and sharp
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Sales, account manager in a Start-up (ideally Software)
- You have outstanding negotiation & presentation skills and feels comfortable dealing with C-level executives, seasoned managers
- Solid knowledge of HR legislation, policies and regulations is a big plus
- Computer savvy, you love Technology
- Outstanding time management skills
- Master's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent English with command of arabic or/and another European major language (French, German, Spanish, Italian) a big plus
