We’re looking for results and data driven Employment Partnership Manager to maintain and build a network of Employer-of-Record partners globally.
As an Employment Partnership Manager, you will:
- Source, negotiate and build long term strategic relationships with employment partners (aka Employers-of-Record) globally
- Develop and maintain relationship with current partners and improve the processes
- Be the POC for employment partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner offerings on the platform and document processes
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- 3 to 5 years of work experience in B2B sales in tech
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Prior experience within Employers of Record (BIG plus)
- Fluent in English
- To be within a ±3 hour of Dubai time
