As part of our growth, we are hiring a knowledgeable Global Payroll Manager to oversee the strategic operations of the Payroll unit, ensure success and build the right process.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Hire, coach and manage a team of Junior and Sr Payroll specialists
- Work hand in hand with local partners and vendors to deliver timely and accurate payroll calculations across all countries
- Handle & reconcile payroll reports, including salary changes, taxes and deductions as per the local standards
- Supervise Monthly invoicing
- Work closely with team members to address complex payroll questions
- Contribute to the launch of operations and implementation of new countries
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including Finance, CSM and Product
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as Global payroll manager with medium sized teams.
- Experience owning multi-country end-to-end payroll from collection, entry to output delivery and reporting with great attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Vendor orchestration and negotiation experience.
- Great understanding of Global payroll principles, employer contributions calculations, tax & benefits.
- Computer savvy with working knowledge of payroll software
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
