Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
- Prepare and process outgoing mail, including postage and courier shipments.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing items.
- Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters and scanners.
- Ensure mailroom supplies are stocked and organized.
- Assist staff with mail-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 30 lbs.
