Game Producer / Project Manager at Roblox Super Heroes B.V.

Hi! We are Roblox Super Heroes a Dutch game-studio that makes games on the Roblox platform. We have been professionally making games for over 6 years and are now ready to branch out and expand. Furthermore, we are a young, growing gaming company located in the Utrecht, The Netherlands (at the Dutch Game Garden) and are currently in the process of expanding and setting up 2 teams at our office to work on existing and new games.

We are looking for: a project manager that has a positive attitude and can lead the development of two 4 people teams at our office. We expect you to work from time to time with freelancers that maintain and update some of our existing games. Furthermore, we are looking for someone that is also highly socially confident and can create strong relationships with different types of people. In this job, it is expected that you are passionate about games and know about gaming culture.

What you will be doing: in this job, your primary role will be leading the development of the games that we are making. You will lead everything in terms of the daily stand-ups, creating scheduled timelines, leading the review sessions, calculating budgets and organizing brainstorm sessions with the team.

Our company's mission: is to create the best and most engaging fighting experiences on Roblox! The game that is our biggest success is Super Hero Tycoon, we recently released a new game that is being received very well which we plan to expand this year. All our games combined have around 15+ million monthly active users and are driven by a strong community.

Future plans: we plan to expand in the coming years with the success we have and grow as a company. Our goal is to do consistent weekly/monthly updates to our existing games and grow our community. The games that we want to make in the future will be mainly about fighting / adventure / progression, with as primary themes Super Heroes and Anime.

Job requirements:

- Is experienced with scrum and agile project management.

- Is familiar with project management tools such as Trello or Jira.

- Knows the basics of most Microsoft Office 365 applications.

- Have experience as a manager managing a team of software / web / game developers.

- Have a degree in project management.

- is passionate about games and game development.

- Is able to come to our office 8 hours, 5 days a week.

Bonus:

- Have knowledge of different aspects about game development (blender/programming/game design/etc.).

- Have experience with Roblox.

Working from home: this is an option, but we would like you to be at least 4 days during the work week at our office. The first few weeks, we are expecting you to be at our office every work day.

The gross salary for this position will be in between €3.000 - 5.600 a month depending on your experience. There are possibilities to grow your salary yearly with the more experience you gain within the company and the more responsibilities you will get.
