Job description: The ideal candidate is a people-person with strong computer skills who enjoys helping customers on the telephone, and the Internet. Candidate must thrive on providing customer service and have a thorough attention to detail. You'll discuss the services available and turn opportunities into sales by identifying customer needs and promoting the benefits.

 

Salary range: $3680 - $4120 per month.

 

Duties

  • Answering the telephone when customers call to plan and book their golf vacation
  • Using the computer to plan, quote and book golf vacations
  • Using the Internet and live chat to walk customers through various options for their trip
  • Responding by email to on-line golf vacation quote requests
  • Maintaining contact with customers utilizing top-notch follow-up skills
  • Opportunities for cross-training as business needs dictate
  • Effectively manage customer inquiries and questions regarding various products and services. If appropriately licensed, meet with prospective clients individually to describe product offerings.
  • Submit communications.
  • Handle marketing and sales projects as needed.
  • Support the representatives and advisors with seminars, including marketing/promotion, maintaining seminar supplies, and collecting prospective client data.
