WHO/WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a focused, dedicated Administrative Assistant with 2+ years of general virtual assistant experience to the Operations team manage their day-to-day admin duties. 

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organized files and records
  • Updates Online Trackers and Database
  • Online research and data collection using spreadsheets
  • Reporting and analysis
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of clients
  • Manage filing systems
  • Maintain and update client reports
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

MUST HAVES:

  • 2+ year of experience using Google Suite
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets etc
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Can work with minimal supervision


NOT REQUIRED, BUT WOULD BE A GREAT ASSET:

  • Know how to use Google Sheets proficiently
  • Know how to create dashboards
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized which enables keeping track of many tasks and deadlines

WORK HOURS:

Monday to Friday: Must be available to work from 8 am-4 pm EST, 40 hours a week.
