WHO/WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a focused & dedicated Administrative Assistant (with 2yrs.+ of general Virtual Assistant experience) to the Operations team to manage their day-to-day admin duties. 

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organizes files and records
  • Updates Online Trackers and Database
  • Online research and data collection using spreadsheets
  • Reporting and analysis
  • Maintain and update client reports
  • Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

MUST HAVES:

  • 2+ years of experience using Google Suite
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Can work with minimal supervision


NOT REQUIRED, BUT WOULD BE A GREAT ASSET:

  • Know how to use Google Sheets proficiently
  • Know how to create dashboards
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized which enables keeping track of many tasks and deadlines

 

WORK HOURS:

Monday to Friday: Must be available to work from 8AM to 4PM EST (8PM to 4AM PHT), 40 hours a week.
