We have learned how to rank as quickly and cheaply as possible, how to get raving reviews that are 100% compliant to Amazon’s TOS, how to get listings back online as soon as possible when they get shut down due to competitor’s tactics, how to TRULY craft the most optimized listing and pictures and how to get suspended accounts reinstated.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a full-time Art Director who will focus on helping the team create different theme ideas, conceptualize design, produce guides and presentation and project visualization for the creative team all the while executing these plans until completion.
WORK HOURS: Monday - Friday, 7PM - 3AM PHT
YOUR ROLE ON THE TEAM:
- Brainstorm different creative theme ideas and designs to support design projects.
- Oversee conceptualization of design projects.
- Create execution plans for projects and see them through to completion.
- Produce different style guides, presentations, and project visualization for the creatives team.
- Advise on the elements of designs, typography, layout, and colors.
- Serves as the lead of the design team, ensuring quality work from the creatives team.
- Coordinate between marketing and design teams to ensure a smooth flow of work.
- Work in partnership with a copywriter, project manager and designers at the direction of creative leadership to concept and plan execution of integrated campaigns and programs in a wide range of media and platforms, especially social, digital, video, branding, websites, and presentations.
MUST HAVES:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in the graphic design or agency field.
- Portfolio demonstrating branding excellence in design, typography, and layout
- Expert-level knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud applications like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with Adobe XD, Figma or desire to learn these programs as we push our internal capabilities forward
- Experience in art direction of, or concepts for, photography, video and motion graphics proficiency/experience a plus
- Excellent people and communication skills to facilitate information-gathering
- Detail-oriented, well organized, and efficient with time management
