As an Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, and generating new business opportunities.
You'll engage with potential customers in person, introducing them to our products/services, and identifying their needs. This role is ideal for individuals who are results-driven, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify leads through b2b or b2c.
- Conduct targeted outreach to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- Build rapport and establish relationships with decision-makers to understand their business needs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize outbound sales efforts.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Must have the right to work or be living in the UK.
- Able to commute to our office; no work-from-home option available.
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers over the phone and build rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
