As a key player in our operations, you will help manage the flow of our premium African food products, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to our valued customers across the nation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, process, and organize incoming stock and materials, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Prepare and fulfill customer orders by picking, packing, and labeling products for shipment.
- Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure products are dispatched on time and handled with care.
- Keep track of inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment that complies with safety and food handling regulations.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment to move and store products as needed.
- Assist in the coordination of incoming shipments and the timely restocking of products.
- Work closely with team members to improve overall warehouse operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all products are handled and stored according to health and safety guidelines, particularly for perishable goods.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics role is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure orders are processed accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs, as well as stand and walk for extended periods.
- A team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Forklift certification or experience is a plus but not required.
