Job Overview:
As a Distribution Associate, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the flow of goods from our warehouse to our customers. This position involves coordinating inventory movement, handling shipments, and ensuring that each order reaches its destination with speed and precision. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in item counts, labeling, and documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage inventory flow and maintain organized, up-to-date records.
• Use barcode scanners and inventory systems to track products through various stages of distribution.
• Partner with carriers and delivery teams to schedule pick-ups and monitor delivery timelines.
• Inspect shipments for accuracy, report discrepancies, and make any necessary adjustments.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits, helping to uphold strict quality and organization standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous distribution, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and handle packages up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn inventory software; experience with barcode scanning is a plus.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and carriers.
