Position Overview:
As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for managing the flow of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods within our facility. From unloading deliveries to staging products for production and shipment, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Key Responsibilities:

• Unload trucks and deliveries, inspecting incoming materials for accuracy and quality.
• Safely transport materials throughout the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Organize and maintain inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished products, ensuring items are properly labeled and stored.
• Support production by staging materials and supplies at workstations.
• Assist in the packaging and preparation of outgoing orders, ensuring timely dispatch.
• Keep accurate records of material movements and report inventory levels to the warehouse supervisor.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure that materials are readily available for daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following company safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of material handling equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.) consistently throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately track inventory.
• Basic math and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift certification is a plus (training can be provided).
• Good communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and protocols.
