Job Summary: 

Sheba Foods is seeking a meticulous and efficient Order Filler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and packing products for customer orders, ensuring that all items are of the highest quality and properly prepared for shipment. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work swiftly in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Picking:
  • Select items from inventory based on customer orders with precision.
  • Ensure all selected products meet our quality standards and are free from defects.
• Packing:
  • Carefully pack items to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Label packages accurately and prepare them for dispatch.
• Inventory Management:
  • Assist in maintaining organized inventory and restock items as necessary.
  • Participate in inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
• Quality Control:
  • Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
  • Ensure orders are packed according to Sheba Foods’ standards and customer specifications.
• Shipping Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
  • Prepare shipping labels and documentation as required.
• Warehouse Maintenance:
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or a related field is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills for managing inventory and orders.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.

Additional Requirements:

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Must pass a background check and drug test as part of the hiring process.
