Job Summary:

Do you have a keen eye for detail, boundless energy, and a passion for food? Sheba Foods is looking for an Order Filler to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our delectable products reach our customers in perfect condition. Your responsibilities will include meticulously picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery, upholding the high standards that our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Picking:

• Precisely locate and select items from our inventory to fulfill customer orders.
• Verify that all products are fresh, meet quality standards, and are accurately labeled.

Packing and Preparation:

• Securely pack orders, ensuring all items are well-protected for shipment.
• Label packages with accurate shipping information and necessary documentation.

Quality Control:

• Perform final checks on orders to confirm accuracy and quality.
• Identify and report any discrepancies, damaged items, or quality concerns.

Inventory Support:

• Help maintain organized and accurate inventory records.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient and smooth order fulfillment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors to address any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in order fulfillment or a warehouse environment is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for managing inventory and orders.
• Physical ability to lift and move items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
