Key Responsibilities:

Order Selection:

• Accurately pick items from our inventory according to customer orders.
• Verify that all products are fresh and meet our quality standards.

Packing and Labeling:

• Securely pack orders, ensuring all items are well-protected for transit.
• Label packages with the correct shipping information.

Quality Control:

• Perform final checks on orders to confirm accuracy and quality.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to your supervisor.

Inventory Assistance:

• Help maintain organized and accurate inventory records.
• Assist with regular inventory counts and stock replenishment.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient order processing.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors to address any concerns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in order fulfillment or warehouse operations is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and order management.
• Physical ability to lift and move items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
