We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Order Filler to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary: The Order Filler will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment or pickup. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive their products promptly and in excellent condition. The ideal candidate is organized, can work in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from shelves based on customer orders.
• Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipment or delivery.
• Verify that all orders are accurate and complete before dispatch.
• Label and prepare orders for shipping or pickup, following company procedures.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace, including shelves and packing areas.
• Assist with inventory management by recording discrepancies and reporting stock shortages.
• Work closely with the warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed (if certified).
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies while performing duties.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment, or similar environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for counting and verifying orders.
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs].
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus (certification may be required).
