Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate Order Picking: Select items from inventory according to customer orders, ensuring that each order is complete and correct.
• Efficient Packing: Carefully pack orders for shipping, making sure all items are securely placed and protected during transit.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels while filling orders, reporting any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Quality Assurance: Double-check orders to ensure that the right products are being sent out and that they meet Sheba Foods’ high standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the shipping team to ensure orders are processed quickly and efficiently.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements to the order filling process to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in order fulfillment or a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills for managing orders and inventory systems.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 30 lbs.
