Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Inspect, receive, and verify the quality and quantity of incoming goods, following company guidelines.
• Accurately prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Maintain shipping and receiving records, using warehouse management software to track inventory.
• Collaborate with the inventory and warehouse teams to ensure smooth product flow.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipping documents, and ensuring all items are properly accounted for.
• Perform regular audits of received and shipped items to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure the shipping and receiving area remains organized, clean, and safe.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a shipping, receiving, or logistics role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in verifying shipment contents and documents.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Availability for flexible hours, including potential overtime and weekend shifts.
