Shipper/Receiver at Sheba Foods

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damages or discrepancies, and accurately record received items.
• Prepare, pack, and label products for outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Work closely with the inventory and warehouse teams to ensure stock is stored and tracked correctly.
• Maintain clear and accurate shipping and receiving documentation, including packing slips, bills of lading, and inventory logs.
• Communicate with couriers and drivers to coordinate pick-ups and deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors of low stock or potential issues.
• Keep the shipping/receiving area clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist in organizing returned products and processing any exchanges or returns efficiently.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a shipping/receiving or warehouse environment is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or shipping software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate shipment handling.
• Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and couriers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
