Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to manage the shipping and receiving operations in our warehouse. You will be responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments, ensuring products match orders and are in good condition.
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring all products are accurately labeled and ready for delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and drivers to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of shipments.
• Track inventory levels, update records, and report discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area, following safety protocols.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move and organize shipments.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and shipping software.
