Job Overview:
As a Shipper/Receiver, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our facility. Your keen attention to detail and commitment to efficiency will help maintain the quality and timeliness our customers count on.

Your Responsibilities:

• Inbound Operations: Receive deliveries, inspect shipments for accuracy and quality, and document incoming inventory.
• Outbound Operations: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring they meet customer specifications.
• Shipping Coordination: Collaborate with carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups and ensure timely deliveries.
• Inventory Management: Update records, label products, and organize storage areas for easy access.
• Problem Solving: Address shipping or receiving issues promptly and communicate with the team to find solutions.
• Safety Standards: Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts safely and follow all workplace safety protocols.
• Teamwork: Support warehouse operations and assist team members as needed to meet organizational goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience Preferred: Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is a plus, but we provide training for motivated candidates.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet in a dynamic environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using inventory systems or shipping software (training provided).
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
• Problem-Solver: Quick thinking and proactive in addressing challenges.
