Position Overview:
As a Shipper/Receiver, you’ll oversee the receipt, inspection, and shipment of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all logistics operations. This is a key role where attention to detail, teamwork, and time management are critical for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shipping Coordination: Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
• Receiving Duties: Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, recording details, and reporting discrepancies.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock movements and update inventory systems as required.
• Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage or defects and follow up with appropriate teams for resolution.
• Equipment Operation: Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and other tools for loading/unloading shipments (training provided).
• Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse, production, and delivery teams to meet daily and long-term goals.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.

What You Bring:

• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in handling documentation and product movement.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing repetitive tasks.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication to coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Experience Preferred: Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with inventory management systems is a bonus.
