Job Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for handling, storing, and organizing products, preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse. This is an essential role that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving Shipments: Unload, inspect, and accurately record incoming products, ensuring quality and completeness.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders for delivery according to customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every shipment.
• Inventory Management: Help maintain an organized warehouse by keeping track of inventory levels, organizing products, and conducting regular stock counts.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space, ensuring items are properly labeled, stored, and accessible for team members.
• Safety Practices: Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of equipment and ensuring that the warehouse meets safety standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and communicate any issues or improvements needed in the warehouse processes.
• Loading/Unloading: Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks and other vehicles, ensuring items are handled with care.
• Reporting: Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or potential issues to the warehouse manager to ensure a smooth operation.

Qualifications:

• Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift, move, and carry heavy items regularly and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy while handling large volumes of orders and inventory.
• Team Player: Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment where collaboration and communication are key.
• Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with inventory management systems or the willingness to learn basic software tools for tracking orders and inventory.
• Time Management: Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
