Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in receiving, organizing, and shipping inventory. You will help ensure that the right products are prepared and ready for shipment to our customers and partners. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a team that keeps operations running like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store inbound shipments of ingredients and packaging materials.
• Pick and pack orders accurately for delivery to customers, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and handled with care.
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated areas, following proper rotation and storage guidelines.
• Assist in the preparation of shipments, including assembling and labeling packages for dispatch.
• Collaborate with team members to manage daily workload efficiently.
• Use equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks to move and store goods.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report any discrepancies to the warehouse manager.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace by following established safety guidelines.
• Assist in other general warehouse duties as needed, including helping with product packaging and production support.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and labeling.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a clean and organized manner.
