Job Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll manage a variety of tasks essential to maintaining an efficient, well-stocked, and safe warehouse. From inventory management to assisting with incoming and outgoing shipments, you’ll work hands-on to support the seamless operation of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily shipping goals.
• Perform regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock counts.
• Receive and organize incoming shipments, verifying order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse aisles and storage areas.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Assist with cycle counts and report any inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.
