What you’ll be doing

 

This role is perfect for someone who wants to make their mark in a fast paced, high growth, technology-led business. Working alongside our senior leadership team, you’ll be pivotal in driving our business forward.

 

We are looking for an individual who loves building new relationships and has a passion for delivering positive results directly from the impact they've made. We believe that our solution has the opportunity to change the lives of many thousands of students whilst delivering an unparalleled opportunity for employers to access new early talent pools.

 

You will be making prospect calls, delivering outreach campaigns, and ensuring that our target audiences are fully aware of our employment products. You will understand the unique challenges each organisation faces in hiring early talent and position our solution to support their future growth. You will be running your own meetings and product demo's, and then handing the deal over to our customer success team to ensure customers are effectively on-boarded.

 

Once you have completed training and have all the product knowledge you will be encouraged to operate in a mature way, maximising success for you, the business, and our partners. We believe in training the core skills and then letting your personality do the rest.
