The role
The position of Marketing Coordinator is a vital role with high-levels of autonomy, responsibility and accountability.
You will have personal accountabilities that will make a tangible difference to our success:
- Executing lead generation campaigns using a multitude of databases and tools
- Track, report on and optimise the performance of campaigns to ensure lead gen targets are hit
- Create client communications campaigns to improve client engagement
- Create visual presentation materials in a variety of formats (ppt, Canva, video)
- Manage all data sources

The candidate
This role is not for someone who needs full-on structure and support. You will need to work with autonomy and enjoy figuring out problems yourself. You’ll have early responsibility and will directly impact the commercial success of the business, so you must be confident in your own abilities and knowledge.
Essential skills, behaviours and experience:
- Highly organised, you’ll be managing data, systems and processes
- Analytical - you’ll enjoy creating personas and segmenting datasets
- Creative skills – you’ll be generating professional marketing materials in different formats
- Eye for detail is essential
- Dynamic, with a desire to make an impact fast
- Able to build strong relationships with team members
